On Sunday 9th April (Easter Sunday) we’ll be doing a SUP yoga morning in Barcelona, Spain, in collaboration with our wonderful friends SUPYOGA.cat. Daina set up the SUP yoga school as the first in Spain, after first training in yoga, and then finding paddleboard. The school is right on the water at Barceloneta beach, but is tucked away from the main crowds, so the experience will be as calm as possible!
Why SUP yoga? SUP yoga is a lovely way to relax, connect with yourself and nature, and stretch your body. It’s perfect for this long weekend if you’d like to try something new and get in the water.
Can you do it? YES! This class will be for beginners.

Some things you might like to bring: towel, swimsuit, flip flops, soap (optional for a shower after), water, a smileee!
